Through our property management service we have a number of properties available on the Roda Golf and Beach Resort for medium or long term rental.
All the properties are available with discounted golf rights.
- Medium term rental - Between one and six months
- Long term rental - Anything over six months
All the properties are fully furnished with central heating and air conditioning and are provided fully equipped unless otherwise requested.
Currently we have the following properties available for either medium or long term rental:
- Garden apartment - Two bedroom
- First floor apartment - Two bedroom
- Penthouse apartment - Two bedroom
- Semi-detached villa - Three bedroom
- Detached Villa - Four bedroom
All these properties are available with flexible terms of rates, depending on requirements.
