The Roda F.M. services are dedicated to the Roda Golf and Beach Resort and with staff resident on site we guarantee to do everything possible to ensure that your property is well looked after and that you and your guests enjoy your time with us at this wonderful resort.

Our comprehensive range of services are designed to satisfy any requirements you may have but all are extendable and adaptable to suit your individual needs. Registering for Roda F.M.’s property management service provides you with peace of mind knowing someone is available on site 24/7 to keep an eye on your property and deal with any issues that may arise in your absence.

If you are not in need of a full property management service we are able to provide a key holding service to act as your emergency contact on site.

A unique feature of Roda Facilities Management is our owner’s card. On registration with us you will receive an owner’s card which is valid for the duration of your registration. This card entitles you to discounted use of our transport service for sightseeing or shopping trips on one of our regular outings, airport transfers, transport to one of the region’s many golf courses or even trips into town for a night out!

All of our owners will be entitled to free airport transfer to Murcia airport and can call on the service for personal use if required. Further details are available on request.

In addition to this Roda F.M. has a dedicated holiday or short break booking service in which your property can be included if required. On registration we will produce an individual information pack for your property, including pictures, detailing its individual features. You will be provided with this information to assist in obtaining your own bookings if required. This information will also be used as part of our holiday booking service that is available to all owners at no extra charge.

As with our property management, we aim to go that bit further for our holiday clients. We will tailor make a package to suite any enquiry received via our advertising campaign that goes way beyond just property letting. Further details are shown on our holidays section.
